At Stringers Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your instrument or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely Package the Item

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Stringers Music

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned instrument to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
